Business Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team at UST. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to clients, ensuring the proper and optimal operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot client tickets, escalating to higher-level personnel when necessary.
• Effectively document, track, and monitor problem resolution to ensure timely and quality service.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering a superior customer service experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest product enhancements and changes to maintain expert knowledge and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology.
• Enrollment, eligibility, and membership experience is a plus but can be trained.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
