**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Perform sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources, vendor resources, and customers.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers' behalf, anticipating their requirements and communicating efforts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Create influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships.

**Requirements**:

  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • May require specific certifications.

MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)
