Key Responsibilities- Convert Shopping Carts (SCs) into Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage supplier relationships, including catalog management and supplier enablement.
- Collaborate with requesters and Indirect Procurement to drive spend through preferred suppliers and catalogs.
- Process PO changes and monitor PO replication errors from SRM to SAP.
- Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents and manage cart flow in compliance with divisional clip level and auto flip requirements.
- Provide customer assistance and resolve Level 2 POC ticket queries within defined SLAs.
- Perform data specialist role, including initiating new, unblocking, and extending supplier requests or changes to the vendor master.
- Manage internal catalog workflow and ensure catalog content is in compliance with GIT standards requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in source to pay and customer service.
- Proficiency in English and intermediate Excel and Google Sheets level.
- SAP Ariba (preferred).
