About the Role

ZF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) efforts. As the Head of EHS, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records and reports, including incident reports and safety metrics.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain EHS budgets and resources.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective EHS programs and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
