About this Opportunity

The Project Planner is a key member of our team, responsible for building insights and trends to support the Customer Project Manager in reliably and efficiently handling their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope. This role requires a data-driven approach to secure that customer business is accurately performed, adhering to responsible business practices and ensuring compliance to group, legal, and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review project planning inputs and translate them into clearly defined customer results.
  2. Manage and supervise Customer Results to ensure they are delivered on time, and report deviations.
  3. Supervise and improve project performance, using data analysis to identify improvements to project for Cost, timeline, and general performance.
  4. Administrate planning tools and manage project administration, supporting the CPM to secure project documentation and ensuring E2E project workflow execution.
  5. Troubleshoot, test, and report results or perform follow-ups with technical leaders.
  6. Reporting capabilities to consolidate project data from different sources and produce sophisticated project reports.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration or related experience.
  2. 1 or 2 years of experience in project administration management.
  3. Proficient in English required.
  4. Experience of deployment in rollout projects.
  5. Good knowledge of administrate project planning tools.
  6. Project management skills.
