We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Clinical Data Science Lead to join our Full Service IOD Clinical Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing clinical data science activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical data science strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver clinical data science projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize clinical data science needs
- Develop and maintain clinical data science processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- 8+ years of clinical data management experience in a clinical research organization or pharmaceutical company
- 2+ years of experience working in a clinical research organization (CRO)
- Experience with all steps within the data science lifecycle and most major data science study tasks, with proficiency in at least one Clinical Data Management system required
- Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Budget and timeline management experience
- Data Analytic and Data Validation experience
- Established Mentor and/or SME experience
- Bachelor's degree or local equivalent
