Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant Coordinator, AST to join our team at Autoliv Mexico. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling all fixed assets capitalized in our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile all fixed assets capitalized in AMS and AST books against physical assets, including machinery, IT equipment, and leasehold improvements.
  • Update the Business Net Asset (BNA) register with usable life years according to standard and JDE records.
  • Record fixed asset dispositions according to standard and JDE records.
  • Perform fixed asset roll-forward in AMS and AST.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, including Engineering, New Launches, and Tech Support, to provide accurate and timely information on fixed assets.
  • Interact with external customers, such as tax authorities and auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Public Accountant degree with a focus on General Accounting.
  • Experience in physical inventories of fixed assets.
