Service Desk Technician

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues
As a Technical Service Agent, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our proprietary software and hardware. This will involve using necessary tools to diagnose and repair problems, as well as documenting all incidents and requests.
Collaboration and Communication
You will work closely with the Advanced Technical Support team to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of your ability or knowledge. This will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and customers.
Customer Focus
You will be responsible for handling an average of 20 customer calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support. This will involve answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuous Learning
As a Technical Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to build general knowledge of our proprietary products, increasing your ability to resolve requests on first contact. This will involve staying up-to-date with product developments and advancements, as well as participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior help desk experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Highly motivated individual
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong PC troubleshooting skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
