The Senior Information Security Technical Lead Analyst will be responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor, and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. This role will ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 engineering support for assigned systems
- Coordinate scheduled application changes to comply with standards of Citi and risk & control requirements.
- Identify, develop, and implement technology improvements for assigned applications and ensure alignment with Citi information security standards.
- Support business and security operational teams during any routine or critical troubleshooting event.
- Evaluate new technologies to provide recommendations to simplify system complexity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate technology development teams to ensure alignment with Citi's software development lifecycle.
- 5-7 years of experience in TANDEM and Nos Stop technologies like: NS SQL, NS SOAP, PATHWAY - Desirable
- 5-7 years of experience UNIX (RHEL), Oracle TUXEDO and knowledge of SALT, GWDOMAIN, WSL - Desirable
- 5-7 years developing in C/C++ experience - Desirable
- 5-7 years on JAVA and Web Services Knowledge - Desirable
- COBOL/ALGOL mainframe legacy coding knowledge - Desirable
- 5-7 years verifiable experience in security systems or formal qualifications in information security - Desirable
- Experience working in a Financial Institution or a large complex and/or global environment
- Project management or Technological leader experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication (Spanish/English)
- Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
- Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Skills in software development life cycle, UML and Agile Software development methodology knowledge - Desirable
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
