We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to lead our front-end development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, multi-page web applications using React and other front-end technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead front-end development process, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications
  • Design and implement complex, multi-page applications using React and other front-end technologies
  • Develop and oversee front-end architecture, ensuring applications are optimized for performance and scalability
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
  • Work closely with backend developers to create seamless integrations and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact within the team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React
  • Proven experience leading a front-end development team or project
  • Strong knowledge of traditional front-end technologies and methodologies, with a focus on developing multi-page web applications
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, is desirable
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services and.NET/C# technologies is highly desirable
  • English proficiency at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers
