Responsibilities
- Attract candidates through various job boards, job fairs, and field recruitment efforts.
- Schedule medical background checks and ensure timely completion.
- Manage referral programs and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct pre-onboarding talks with candidates and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Confirm accepted candidates with supervisors and obtain necessary hiring documents.
- Provide feedback to candidates who are not selected.
- Maintain data analytics for field recruitment efforts and integrate hiring documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in massive hourly recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of social media and field recruitment strategies.
- Education in Industrial Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
