Financial Analyst Role

Job Summary

Vitesco Technologies is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Cuautla. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving business profitability through effective financial management and analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
• Analyze financial statements, including P&L, BS, and Cashflow, to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize resource allocation
• Manage headcount and track key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
• Conduct product costing analysis to optimize pricing and profitability
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement data-driven solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in Power BI and Knime a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a salary classification of 10. The successful candidate will be based in Cuautla and will be required to work in a team environment.
