Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Operations Specialist, CMT Payouts to join our team at Flywire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing payment transactions with a high level of attention to detail and ensuring all payments arrive to the designated account in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payment Processing: Process an increasing volume of payment transactions with a high level of attention to detail and understanding the importance of strong financial controls and safeguarding funds.
  2. Payment Settlement: Ensure all payments arrive to the designated account in a timely and accurate manner in the most effective and efficient way.
  3. Bank Network Performance: Monitor and improve Flywire's bank network performance by creating reports to track key metrics like FX conversion & completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.
  4. Cross-Functional Activities: Assist with various key cross-functional activities such as handling client inquiries, analyzing opportunities to gain new clients/business and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive expansion of payments objectives.
Requirements
  1. 1+ years working experience
  2. Excel experience highly desirable
  3. Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
  6. Comfortable with Data and Analytics
