Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Rockwell Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, revising, and applying technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates and analyzes inspection support documents and records to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations.
- Develops, implements, and maintains effective quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product testing and inspection.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and provides recommendations for process improvements.
- Conducts audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provides training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001:2015.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
