**Job Summary**
As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of guests to and from their desired destinations. This role involves coordinating daily transportation schedules, inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness, and documenting all vehicle incidents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure of guests.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Document all vehicle incidents, including damages and accidents, and provide reports to management.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs to ensure exceptional customer service.
