Role Summary
The MTD Project Manager will oversee all major projects within Module Technology Deployment, coordinating with global teams to optimize technology, reduce costs, and drive innovation. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication, and the ability to interface with key executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively organize project deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks, particularly those impacting project timelines.
- Establish regular communication and milestone reporting to the team and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish agreed costs and NPV with finance.
- Communicate project goals clearly and maintain focus on project objectives.
- Create detailed project plans, budgets, and metrics for monitoring progress.
- Travel as needed, approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years of related experience, or master's degree and 5+ years of experience, including 4+ years of project management experience.
