- Maintain Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of launch manufacturing quality readiness reviews.
- Participate in Meetings: Actively participate in plant quality manager meetings and launch quality manager meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
- Manage Projects: Manage projects as requested by the quality shop director, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Quality Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in the elements of the GM quality system and GMS BIQ, as well as the quality launch plan.
- Coaching and Auditing: Coach, teach, and audit elements of the GM quality manual and GMS BIQ principles and elements.
- Communication: Provide direct, honest, and constructive feedback to plant staff and executive leadership in a subtle and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Present clear problem definitions, technical mentorship, and regular updates on progress to assembly plant and engineering staff.
- Support Launches: Support the launch of new products in the plant when applicable.
- Maintain Quality Requirements: Maintain updates to quality requirements and deviations from plants.
- Cost of Quality Reports: Maintain cost of quality reports by plant.
