Ntt Data, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale, complex, and high-profile projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management for multiple large-scale, complex, and high-profile projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
  • Actively promote continuous improvement in project delivery team processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop project plans, including project objectives, measurable metrics, tools to be used, impacted systems, system specifications, schedules, project budgeting, and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize critical tasks during the planning phase to ensure critical functionality continuity in the short term.
  • Articulate project objectives and establish tracking mechanisms to measure and track these objectives.
  • Update key stakeholders, their roles on the project, and their upstream and downstream system dependencies.
  • Identify change management needs and process changes to prepare detailed organization-wide change management strategies for all teams impacted by systems implementations, upgrades, and ongoing modifications.
  • Manage project execution to adhere to the project budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Report statuses, progress, risks, and deviations to the steering committee, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management (including record keeping) policies and practices.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Manufacturing industry experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
