Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Restock supplies and transport carts to assigned areas
  • Enter guest rooms following established procedures and ensure vacancy before entering
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
  • Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties
  • Check appliances and ensure they are in working order
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • Support team members to reach common goals
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period
