**Job Summary**

The Aba Production Specialist will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly to electronics boards, including standoffs, spacers, board brackets, board guides, ejectors, pullers, and press fit connectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Follow up on production plans for all mechanical processes

• Ensure adherence to process controls for all mechanical processes

• Maintain optimal conditions for all tools

• Perform maintenance tasks on equipment

• Troubleshoot common equipment failures

• Possess knowledge of tools used in mechanical electronic board assembly processes

• Familiarity with calibration processes for tools

• Understanding of Press Fit process

• Knowledge of selective solder process

• Familiarity with ESD to components (Electrostatic Discharge)

• Knowledge of IPC-610 Criteria Class 3

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in electronic technician or related field

• 3 years or more experience in PCBA assembly processes

• Knowledge of SMT and TH components, including identification of polarized components

• Familiarity with pneumatic, PLC, and electric control basics

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools
