**Key Responsibilities:**
Citigold Relationship Bankers are responsible for reviewing customer needs and asset allocation. They proactively engage with customers to validate their understanding of these needs. Advising customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products or services based on current and future customer needs is another critical aspect of this role.
Citigold Relationship Bankers must review product penetration for assigned clients, identify potential Citigold customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration, ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning, organize Citigold customer events to enhance customer bonding, acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads, and comply with KYC/AML and other regulatory norms.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of relevant experience, ability to manage relationships both internal and external, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Mandatory certifications for selling financial products are also required.
**Education and Job Details:**
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is essential for this role. Private Client Coverage is the job family group, while Relationship Banker is the job family. Full-time employment is required.
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year is offered, making this an attractive career opportunity for those interested in private banking.
