About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Urea Production Panel Operator to join our team in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. This is a 6-month contract position, starting in June 2024.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor equipment and processes in assigned areas of the Urea plant, ensuring safe conditions and optimal operational status.
  • Maintain plant parameters within safe limits and carry out instructions to regulate operating conditions as necessary.
  • Monitor equipment performance, report abnormalities, and prepare work orders.
  • Issue hot/cold permits, operate Ammonia/Urea plants, and control product quality.
  • Commission and control Granulation units, handle plant troubles, and ensure safe operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in Urea plant operation, including 5 years in Urea Production Panel Operation.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus.
Benefits
