Translation Project Coordinator

Cts Languagelink is seeking a skilled Translation Project Coordinator to work as a remote employee in a full-time, limited duration position. The anticipated work period is from now until early February. We require work on evenings and weekends as needed, which may include holidays, and expect the workload to be lighter toward the beginning and end of the employment period. The anticipated schedule can vary based on project needs and may include an average of 40+ hours per week during the height of the project.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating fast-paced projects, including resource allocation and collaboration, maintaining and adhering to project schedules and timelines. Facilitate relationships with vendors and all members of the localization team. Quality assurance checks of returned translated material based on strict documentation and guidelines.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, time management, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills. Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF functions. Experience working and collaborating on problem-solving in a team environment. Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2-3 years of experience in project or program management. A strong desire to drive customer success and satisfaction. Experience coordinating multi-faceted, complex projects or programs.

Compensation:

Hourly wage of $6.00-$10.00 USD. Pay based on experience.
