**RESPONSABILITIES**

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and leading a strategic market access plan for key payers, therapeutic areas, mainly at local but also at central level, including key access processes and priorities plan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Market Access and Public Affairs Director to develop and implement a market access strategy that meets the needs of our patients and healthcare systems.
  • Executing access tactics for each unit/product at any level captured in the key access processes and priorities plan.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of actions and budget with the Market Access Director.
  • Providing insights and systematizing information related to payers and processes by region, based on interactions with Key Account Managers/Account Leads/MSL.
  • Supporting the Market Access and Public Affairs Director in structuring, maintaining, and growing the network of key local and central decision-makers and the knowledge of specific processes.
  • Keeping updated local and central institutional environment maps for prioritized therapeutic areas, focused on key processes, decision-makers, and other stakeholders involved.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of Public Affairs strategies as they pertain to the market access environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience as an Account Lead, Key Account Manager, or Access Manager.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
