• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, ensuring proper segregation of duties and least privilege access.

• Review and approve security access changes, ensuring they align with our security policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with the Principal Information Security Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of access management functions, including account creation, de-provisioning, and access changes.

• Provide audit evidence and generate reports to support access management decisions.

• Assist with other security-related tasks, such as software license management and mobile device procurement.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

• Technical support experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.

• Experience with access management systems and security protocols is preferred.
