**Job Summary**:

As a Recruiting Sourcer at Capital One, you will advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend effective ways to attract and recruit top talent. You will consult with hiring managers on their talent needs and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients and leadership

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

- Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing

- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
