Job Summary:
The Data Steward - Customer Data Specialist will be part of a team supporting the Nissan Customer Data domain. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure customer data is of high quality.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Governance team to ensure governance compliance within the Nissan Customer Data domain.
- Lead the compliance process for customer data access and ensure stakeholder requests are triaged, processed, and closed appropriately.
- Work with data stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure data quality and lineage inquiries are addressed.
- Establish and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs for the Customer Data domain.
- Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) rules and support data merge processes within the MDM tool.
- Collaborate with enterprise data stewards and other domain data stewards to establish synergies, standardization, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
- 5 years of experience supporting data quality and data management projects in a large-scale corporate organization.
- 2 years of experience working in a data steward role.
- Automotive experience is preferred.
- Advanced English level is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data quality and data governance tools in a cloud-based environment.
- Knowledge of information technologies, standards, and best practices prevalent in data governance, data quality, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with data management principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate successfully with stakeholders at all levels.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required. Having a USA visa is a plus.
