- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of all aspects of the transportation network design process, from planning to implementation.
- Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance of our transportation network, including forecasting and problem resolution.
- Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, working within tight deadlines to meet critical business needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to make our transportation network more efficient and scalable.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with multiple stakeholders, including program managers, business leaders, and executive teams, to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
- Results-Oriented: Drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
