Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a Supply Chain Reports Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Reports Analyst will be responsible for providing critical frontline and back office field location support by helping report and track revenue management activities, as well as settlement support reporting activities. This will involve data collection, analysis, and insight sharing, taking action to resolve reporting or revenue issues, tracking all report generation and issue status with PBNA field leaders, and providing ad-hoc support to ensure timely resolution of unique or unforeseen situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Report Building: Build reports for PBNA Location/Market Leaders, executing actions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analysis and Insight: Identify issues, research issues, and provide a recommended action plan for field leaders to research and resolve issues.
  • Action: Take action to help address and solve location and customer issues, making decisions and executing actions as needed.
  • Tracking: Document progress and status on all reports and issues to communicate with PBNA field leaders.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide field location leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Control, or Operations
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or Data & Reporting Analytics
  • Fluent with data and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
