The IT BI Sr. Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in delivering operational reports, tools, and analytics to business stakeholders in Mexico and other Latin American countries. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.
- Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and support business objectives.
- Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.
- Interface directly with senior management when required.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements through ticketing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a plus.
- Experience in the Automotive Financial sector is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Prior reporting or analytics experience.
- Experience with Cognos Report Studio or other end-user reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL, WPS, or SAS.
- Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency: Excel (Macros), Access, PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
- High organizational skills.
- Proficient analytical skills.
