About the Role

We are seeking an EPRM Specialist to join our team at Yellowbrick Consultation & Treatment Center. As an EPRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing quality support and expertise to our stakeholders on EPRM related topics and queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Queries: Directly resolve queries on system use where explanation or clarification is required.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Interact directly with requesters and IT Support Teams when further information is required to resolve an issue.
  • Process Expertise: Act as a cross-divisional key contact for all questions around EPRM process.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare ad-hoc and routine EPRM reports to support global and organization's requirements.
  • Training and Development: Possess a good knowledge of the system, risk management environment, and support the processes that involve EPRM. Perform training facilitation/delivery to relevant stakeholders in local language when needed.
  • Education and Skills: University Degree, English (written and spoken) 2nd language a plus (Portuguese language preferred), SAP/SNOW knowledge, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Data Analytics, Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving, Time Management, Cross Cultural Experience, Good communication skills and analytical proficiencies, Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliable, Adaptability.
