About the Role

G2I Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AI Training Data Annotation Specialist to join our expert annotation team. As an AI Training Data Annotation Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality training data for the world's most advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code, including human-readable summaries of your rationale.
  • Work on 100% RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks, which involve engaging with AI models as they learn to code.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of AI-generated code.
  • Participate in regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated code.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience in Python.
  • Complete fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $30 USD/hr for US-based developers and $20 USD/hr for non-US based developers.
  • The opportunity to advance to Tier 3 roles, which pay significantly more ($50 USD/hr for US-based developers and $35 USD/hr for non-US based developers).
  • A long-term contract with no end date, allowing you to work as much or as little as you want.
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work 15+ hours per week and set your own hours.
Interview Process

If you are a good fit for this role, we will send you an async RLHF code review that will take 35 minutes and needs to be finished within 72 hours of us sending it. You will then receive credentials to the RLHF platform and participate in a group call to answer further questions about onboarding with G2I Inc.
