Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team in Latam. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will partner with Business leaders, HR leaders, and Regional Talent Acquisition to develop and drive results-driven staffing strategies that meet current and future needs.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of blended Talent Acquisition/HR experience, including 2-5 years in a People Leader role for a large multi-national organization. You should have direct experience leading Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a broadly distributed and complex environment.
Your responsibilities will include understanding current staffing needs, developing forecasts, and creating staffing strategies in partnership with Regional HR Leaders and Business Leaders. You will also provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the regional or site-based talent acquisition team.
Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance of defined processes and tools. You will identify Talent Competitors, leverage knowledge to drive attraction strategies, and develop Talent Forecasts aligned to long-term planning.
You will deliver on the Employer Brand and market reputation with candidates, showcasing our breadth of capabilities. You will build a Recruiting and Proactive Sourcing Culture by working with business partners, Learning & Development, and HR partners to build recruiting skills and capabilities in hiring managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 12 years of blended Talent Acquisition/HR experience
- 2-5 years in a People Leader role for a large multi-national organization
- Direct experience leading Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of developing creative recruiting strategies
- Excellent people management, coaching, and development skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
