Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico, D.F. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies tailored to specific LATAM markets, with a primary focus on Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that drive online sales growth and resonate with our LATAM audience.
  • Manage the LATAM e-commerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Oversee all aspects of online marketing channels, including paid advertising, organic search optimization, email marketing, and establish a strong partnership with the PR and influencer marketing function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer journeys and brand consistency.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on e-commerce trends and best practices in the LATAM region, proposing innovative marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage relationships with key e-commerce commercial partners and marketplaces in Mexico and provide direction for the rest of the LATAM markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, insights on e-commerce performance, and the development of action plans to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexico & LATAM e-commerce landscape and cultural diversity of the region.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for denim and the brand's values.
  • Leadership skills and team mentoring & development.
  • Understanding of the wholesale ecosystem is preferable.
  • Project & Budget management.
  • Sense of practicality & flexibility to manage multiple projects.
  • Digital & Social media tools management.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexico & LATAM e-commerce landscape.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
