The Role

As a Team Leader, you will be one of the leaders of the operations department.

You will drive the performance of teammates to continuously hit their goals.

You will coach and manage teammates, and act as a bridge between your teammates and other departments.

Being a Team Leader, you will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team.

This includes making sure each teammate delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will be in charge of managing the team and ensuring everyone adheres to their schedules.

A critical part of the role is to train and help develop your team through conducting team huddles and coaching sessions to improve and grow.

You must be adept at creating reports of your team's performance and documenting feedback from your client.

You must effectively manage issues that may arise, including HR-related ones, think creatively about solutions, and act as a liaison between management and your team.

Requirements

We need someone with leadership skills who has managed at least 10+ teammates while working in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar company.

They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with above-average technical know-how.

If they have previous experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support roles, that's a plus.

If they're familiar with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools and are flexible with different shifts, we'd like to talk to them.

Please note that candidates must be in their current position for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to apply for other internal positions.
