">The Role
">Title: Patient Recruitment Lead
">Summary: In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing patient recruitment and retention strategies that drive successful outcomes for our clients. This will involve managing large-scale campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing enrollment metrics to inform tactical decisions.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies that meet or exceed client performance expectations">
- Manage global campaigns, including media planning, material development, and vendor oversight">
- Collaborate with study teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution">
- Analyze recruitment reports and projections to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategy">
- Provide coaching and guidance to support staff on recruitment best practices and campaign management">
- Lead discussions with clients on contract deliverables, budget allocation, and performance metrics">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree in a life science, scientific discipline, medical, or communication field">
- 2+ years of CRO experience and 3 years of patient recruitment experience">
- Proven track record of delivering successful patient recruitment campaigns">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders">
