About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at Safran Cabin. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Manage and analyze production data to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and operations, including manufacturing, logistics, and quality control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Sigma Green belt certification
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
