Human Resources Business Partner Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our IT North America team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute People Strategies & Plans to attract, develop, and retain employees in line with the company's short- and long-term business needs.
  • Support and drive Nestle Initiatives such as Nestle Management and Leadership Principles, Organizational Alignment, and NIM.
  • Manage salary administration, including salaries, benefits, bonus, and total cash compensation, to ensure internal equity and fair administration of Nestle compensation philosophy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including assisting managers in developing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, generating offers, and managing new hire processes and onboarding.
  • Organize and implement training/development programs with COE to meet the goals and objectives of the team/individual.
  • Provide employee relations guidance and counsel to management and employees, ensuring compliance with local labor law and Nestle policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, acting as HR Generalist/Specialist Role (COE) or Management Position in a corporate, manufacturing plant, distribution center, Sales, or DSD Environment.
  • Leading/Managing change in a corporate environment.
  • Employee relations/coaching experience.
  • Performance management/people development.
  • Organizational design/restructure.
  • Project Management.
  • Develop People experience.
  • Creating/maintaining high performance culture.
  • Building engagement & commitment.
  • Creating, analyzing, and utilizing metrics to monitor HR effectiveness.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
