Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Expert to join our team at Kion Group Ag. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the industrial automation and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outbound lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement targeted account growth and penetration strategies
  • Optimize inbound lead quality to increase velocity and qualification
  • Nurture relationships with key decision makers to create opportunities for the sales team
  • Contribute to vertical market dashboards and Quick Market Intelligence (QMI) calls
  • Provide actionable data and intelligence to support sales team outcomes

Requirements:

  • Business or marketing degree with technical understanding or engineering background
  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience in industrial automation, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a 'hunter' mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness
