Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Littelfuse. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting complex financial accounting statements to determine operational costs for our manufacturing plant(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify trends where operations in a plant(s) are not tracking vs plan from a cost perspective and propose potential solutions to close gaps.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure information is accurate.
• Lead reconciliations (preparation, review, and approval) to ensure that accounting tasks follow established company procedures and regulations.
• Evaluate internal procedures and analytical statements to recommend changes to improve reporting and analysis of data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication both in oral and written.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, & Power Point, AutoCAD.
• Five to seven years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of general accounting.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
