Job Description

Compliance and Process Senior Analyst Source to Pay

This role will provide compliance guidance, SOX control oversight and reporting, and drive control transformation and oversight over the SOX controls across the Supply Chain owned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business in the area of compliance & controls for the Source To Pay area (both Direct and Indirect).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
  • Prepare and provide SOX status metrics and status to the Source To Pay Control and Process Owners.
  • Provide guidance on Key Controls and SOX Requirements.
  • May perform quality reviews associated with Control documentation and/or evidence.
  • Support policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities for compliance improvement.
  • Identify issues and proposes solutions.
  • Represent finance on cross-functional teams.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.

Requirements:

  • First level university degree with a focus in accounting or business; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Supply Chain or Inventory knowledge is helpful.
  • Typically 4+ years of experience as an auditor or accounting analyst.
  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
  • Able to work across time zones.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and controls.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • SOX Flow Diagram is helpful.
  • Process Improvement (yellow/greenbelt) understanding is helpful.
  • Dashboard/Power BI skills are helpful.
  • Comfortable speaking with non-finance partners (e.g., Operations).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive.
  • Efficient.
