About the Role

MEX Labcorp Clinical Development, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from feasibility to close-out, ensuring timely and efficient execution of studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trials from feasibility to close-out, ensuring timely and efficient execution of studies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates, data managers, and biostatisticians to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCP, ICH, and local regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with trial execution, including site management, data quality, and patient safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
  • Provide training and support to site staff and investigators to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Monitor and report on trial progress, including metrics on enrollment, data quality, and site performance.
  • Collaborate with the clinical operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on trial management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials from feasibility to close-out.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, timelines, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with trial execution.
  • Proficiency in clinical trial management software, including electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems.
