Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including tool cleaning and lubrication, to ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Responding promptly to guest repair requests, communicating effectively to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining inventory, requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.
  • Displaying basic knowledge in areas such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting.
  • Basic computer skills, including inputting schedules and making temperature changes.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
