Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Profitability Manager to join our team at Vitesco Technologies in Cuautla. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business profitability through effective management of accounting principles and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Center Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analyzing cost center performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to inform business decisions.
• Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including sales, costs, and capital expenditures, to support strategic planning.
• Headcount Tracking: Monitor and report on headcount levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Resource Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement resource plans, including budgeting, cost control, and agility scenarios.
• Product Costing: Establish and maintain accurate product costing models, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Accounting Background: Proven experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Skilled in financial analysis, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
• Language: Intermediate to advanced level English language proficiency.
