**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Gas Power Finance. As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in determining and minimizing the company's worldwide tax liability while ensuring compliance with global tax laws.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax savings and minimize tax risk.
- Manage and coordinate tax reporting and compliance processes, including forecasting, tax provision, and settlement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on tax-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax requirements.
**Requirements:**
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance and accounting, with a focus on global tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tax software and systems, including Excel and other financial analysis tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) designation.
- Experience with tax planning and consulting, including tax strategy development and implementation.
- Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, including transfer pricing and tax treaties.
