About the Role

NexGen is seeking a highly skilled Project Development Administrator to join our Product Development department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating new product acquisitions and ensuring compliance with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of physical targets and gather information to report potential solutions for materials, substrates, fixtures, and technologies.
  • Manage projects according to specific objectives and timelines, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to achieve delivery dates and product expectations.
  • Operational activities include reviewing prototypes or samples, selecting the best quality, and mounting them on certain formats after internal approvals.
  • Utilize ERP systems to set up products according to specifications and manage costs and expenses related to each project.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge of pre-press and printing systems.
  • Technical experience in Graphic Arts, preferably with Adobe Pro and Adobe Illustrator usage.
  • Printing machinery knowledge, preferably with experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technologies and projects simultaneously.
  • ERP systems usage and strong commitment to meeting delivery dates.

Experience:

  • Project management or product development experience with multiple technologies and projects.
  • Punctual and effective follow-up with team members and external suppliers.
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills to achieve deadlines and delivery dates.
