Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Intern to join our team. As a Logistics Intern, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of orders, managing production line capacity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of orders and manage production line capacity to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement weekly and daily process plans to optimize production and material supply.
- Monitor and control production plan progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact delivery dates.
- Manage the purchase and delivery of non-safety warehouse materials, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.
- Prepare weekly material demand arrival plans and control material arrival dates.
Requirements
- Proficient in office software and able to quickly familiarize with our company's system process.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour workday. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
