Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Java developers, promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide feedback and career development support to team members.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across projects.
Project Oversight
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile and Scrum principles are implemented.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Technical Guidance

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years of leadership or management experience within a software development team. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in Agile methodologies, project management, or leadership are a plus.
