Your expertise in routing tools, database tools, web design tools, and MS Excel will be instrumental in defining and maintaining a governance model to ensure consistency and control over the process and tools that enable our capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the operative model to ensure optimal use of tools like OT1.
  • Activate and manage the continuous improvement model to capture opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Define and maintain a governance model to ensure consistency and control over the process and tools that enable our capabilities.
  • Share a weekly summary to communicate the issues, reviews, and improvements requested by the functions and performed by the GTM Capabilities Coordinator.
  • Escalate issues and risks to stakeholders when identifying governance or performance opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities.
  • Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions, and general understanding of the broader CPG landscape.
  • Expertise in routing tools, database tools, web design tools, MS Excel, Acrobat, SharePoint, and MS Access.
  • Ability to lead and influence internally and externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze, and implement improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, written, and oral.
  • Results-oriented with robust planning and follow-up skills.
