Job DescriptionAs a Product Area Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy and vision for the product area under your ownership. This involves ensuring alignment with the Tribe's objectives and acting as an asset owner, hierarchical manager of cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating Product Owners, defining roadmaps, and overseeing the technical evolution, maintenance, and resilience of technical components. You will manage product complexity, bring clarity to squads, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic objectives.
You will serve as a proxy for the Tribe Lead, manage key stakeholders, and coordinate with architects, IT Area Lead, and Chapter Leads. Additionally, you will be accountable for the financial budgeting and performance of the product.
